General Terms & Conditions
  • Minimum order amount excluding shipping costs is displayed in the cart.
  • We only allow orders from customers that is 18 years and above. If a purchase is made in contrary to this condition, we reserve the right to cancel the order without any further notice.
  • A purchase made in our store is binding and you are obliged to make a full payment for the order. If you want to cancel your order, you need to contact us immediately.
  • You as a customer is obliged to provide correct information during the purchase. Armsport Sverige AB can never be held responsible due to faulty information provided by the customer.
  • We will report any fraud or attempted fraud to the police.
  • Armsport Sverige AB reserves the right to refuse orders from customers at any time.
  • Armsport Sverige AB reserves the right to refrain from fulfilling an order if there is suspicion of crime or improper procedure.
  • Disclaimer! We don’t take any responsibility for any unintentional errors regarding the prices & fees displayed in our store. The final amount to be payed can be adjusted if the faulty price highly deviates from the correct price. We always do everything we can to display correct prices.
  • By making a purchase you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to these terms. This is confirmed when you check the box “I have read and accept the store’s terms and conditions” at checkout.
Personal data
  • By accepting our terms you acknowledge that you understand and agree to:
    • Armsport Sverige AB is allowed to collect your personal data that is supplied by you during the purchase.
    • Armsport Sverige AB is allowed to use your personal data to process & manage your order.
    • Armsport Sverige AB is allowed to save your personal data in order to maintain the commitments placed on the company in accordance with Swedish & European laws such as the Consumer Purchase Act and the Distance Contract Act and to simplify the processing of any future orders.
  • Armsport Sverige AB commits to these terms and confirms that the information gathered is stored securely and that this information will never be shared with a third party.
Cancellation, Right Of Withdrawal, Return & Refund Policy – EU CUSTOMERS ONLY!
  • CANCELLATION:
    • You can ONLY cancel your purchase BEFORE the products included in the order has been shipped!
    • Paypal payments only: If you used PayPal as payment method for your order, you will be responsible for covering PayPal’s fees that are charged at the moment the payment reach our PayPal-account. These fees are non-refundable from PayPal, regardless of cause. In this case, the refunded amount will be lower then the purchase amount due to these fees.
    • To CANCEL your order, you must FIRST contact us. Contact us here to cancel your order!
  • RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
    • You can ONLY use your Right Of Withdrawal from the purchase AFTER the products included in the order have been received.
    • When the products included in the order have been received, you have the Right Of Withdrawal from the purchase during the first 14 days according to Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament.
    • To use your right of withdrawal, you must FIRST contact us. Contact us here to use your right of withdrawal!
  • RETURNS & REFUNDS:
    • You are only able to return a product if it is unused, the packaging unbroken (if it’s a sealed packaging) and if the product is undamaged and in the same state as a new product.
    • The right to return a product is not applicable if a sealed packaging is broken as the product can’t be sold again due to health concerns.
    • The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to CLOTHES (T-shirts and other fabric products), as they cannot be resold for hygienic reasons and as we lack the resources to restore tried-on clothes to new condition.
    • The customer is ALWAYS responsible for paying shipment costs and any other costs in regards of returning the product.
    • When a product is returned, we must first approve the condition of the product to proceed with a refund. If the returned product is not in the condition of a new product or in any way deviates from the condition it had when purchased, we have the right to oppose the return and will inform you about our decision (see below).
    • Approved returns will be refunded within 14 days from the day we approved it. All refunds will be refunded through the payment method used during the purchase. FOR PAYPAL PAYMENTS ONLY: You are responsible for covering PayPal’s fees that are charged at the moment your payment reach our PayPal-account. These fees are non-refundable from PayPal, regardless of cause. Due to these fees the refunded amount will be lower then the purchase amount.
    • Unapproved returns will NOT be refunded. You will be notified about our decision to not approve the return and also the reason why it isn’t approved. You will then have the possibility to have the product sent to you at your own expense or accept that the ownership of the product is transferred to us without any refund issued.
    • Before returning any products, you must FIRST contact us. Contact us here to return a product!
Cancellation, Right Of Withdrawal, Return & Refund Policy – INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ONLY (CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE EU)!
  • CANCELLATION:
    • You can ONLY cancel your purchase BEFORE the products included in the order has been shipped!

  • RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
    • Is not applicable for international customers outside the EU.
  • RETURNS & REFUNDS:
    • We DON’T accept or have any legal obligation to provide a return service for customers outside of the EU with the exception of faulty products that are covered by warranty (see the Warranty section below).
    • We DON’T have any legal obligation to provide a refund service for non-EU customers and cannot provide any exceptions to these terms.
    • Unapproved returns will NOT be refunded. If you send a product back to us without contacting us before, the ownership of the product is transferred to us and you are not eligible to receive any refund.
Warranty
  • By default, we do not provide product warranty on our products, with the EXCEPTION of our products marked with a badge containing the warranty period.
  • PRODUCTS MARKED “X-YEAR WARRANTY”: All products that are clearly marked with a badge containing the warranty period on the shop page, have the stated world-wide warranty period from the date of purchase. This also applies to individual products that are part of a bundle.
  • The product warranty ONLY applies to defects that affects the function of the product and that were either present on the product AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE or that occurred AFTER THE PURCHASE with the exceptions stated below.
  • Exceptions:
    • The warranty DOES NOT apply to cosmetic defects (eg surface layer damages, scratches, etc. as long as the function is not affected).
    • The warranty DOES NOT apply to defects which are caused by INCORRECT USE, CARELESSNESS, ACCIDENTS (eg dropped the product, dropped something on the product or hit the product against another object that damaged it) or FAILURE TO MAINTAIN THE PRODUCT (eg Failure to lubricate rotating parts as recommended in the product description or in the product manual).
    • The warranty DOES NOT apply in the event of theft or losing the product.
    • The warranty does NOT apply to shipping damages, see Delivery terms for more information.
  • To invoke the warranty, please contact us here with a claim and state your order number, which product it refers to, a clear error description and also attach pictures of the defective product.
  • We MAY require you to send the product to us for proper examination. If the warranty claim is accepted after our examination, we will reimburse you for the shipping cost.
  • If the warranty claim is accepted, we will send a new replacement product to you free of charge. If we need the broken product sent to us, we will reimburse you for the shipping cost.
  • If the warranty claim is declined due to that the faulty product is determined to have broken due to one of the exceptions listed above, we will inform you about our decision and the reason behind it.
  • If you sent the product to us and the warranty claim is rejected because the faulty product is determined to have broken due to one of the exceptions listed above, you will be required to pay a handling fee of 500 SEK.
Complaints, Disputes & Out-of-court procedures – EU CUSTOMERS ONLY!
  • We follow the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights. Read more: Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament.
  • For more information about your rights as a customer, please see EU Rules – Guarantees and returns.
  • The directive statues that we are obligated to give the customer a complaint period of 2 years from when the purchase was made.
  • A product is deemed faulty according if the product is broken upon arrival and the fault is originated from the manufacturing process OR have a manufacturing fault that is detected AFTER the product have been used for a while and the fault didn’t occur due to improper use or normal wear and tear.

  • If you aren’t happy with our service or the resolution of a complaint with us, you have the possibility to make an official dispute through Online Dispute Resolution provided by Europa.eu.

Delivery terms
  • Handling/Processing: We normally process orders within 1-3 days on weekdays (Monday to Friday) with the exception of holidays. If you place an order on a weekend or during a holiday, your order will be processed at the earliest the first weekday that occurs after the weekend/holiday.
    • Exception: At times when we are overwhelmed with orders, the processing time can be delayed beyond what is stated above. This also applies during the summer period (June – August) and in connection with Christmas & New Year holidays. During the summer period (June – August) we only send orders 1-2 times a week, which means that the processing time can be longer than usual.
  • Delivery time (estimated from when the order is completed): Within Sweden: 2-7 days | Within the EU: 1-4 weeks | Rest of the world: 2-12 weeks
    • Exception: Delivery time depends on the shipping company’s routines and any deviations from the estimated delivery time above is beyond our control. We can never be held responsible for delays in the delivery time and refer all questions or complaints regarding the delivery time to the shipping company. The shipping company being used is stated in the order confirmation that is sent out when the order has been processed. Contact the shipping company for any questions regarding delayed delivery. If you don’t get any help from them, please contact us here for further assistance.
  • Shipping damages: Any damages to the package or products should URGENTLY and ALWAYS be reported to the shipping company that delivered the package, which is stated on the shipping label. If you don’t get any help from them, then please contact us here further assistance and don’t forget to attach sharp images showing the entire package as well as the damage to the packaging and any damages to the content.
  • Uncollected package/Incorrect return: You, as a customer, are responsible for picking up the package within the holding time specified by the shipping company. You, as a customer, are responsible for all costs caused from failure to pick up the package within the holding time. This also applies if you otherwise cause the package to be returned, for example by entering incorrect address information when ordering. If a package is returned to us and can be considered an incorrect return in accordance with these conditions, you as a customer will be charged a handling fee of 199 SEK in addition to the shipping cost that the return entails. The shipping cost corresponds to the same cost you paid when ordering. When we have received the package and carried out an examination of the contents, we will refund the cost of the order minus the handling fee and the shipping cost. If the handling fee and shipping cost equals or exceeds the total cost of the order, no refund will be made. You as a customer will not be charged for any excess amount.
Prices, VAT, Customs fees & Shipping costs
  • All prices are displayed without VAT included. Any VAT is correctly calculated and removed or added at checkout. The VAT amount displayed in the cart is based on the store’s location (Sweden) and will be removed or added at checkout based on your address.
  • All purchases are carried out in Swedish currency (SEK). The currency converter is available for informational purpose only!
  • VAT is currently applied with 25% for customers from countries that are members of the European Union (EU).
  • If you shop from a country OUTSIDE the EU (eg customers from the US, Canada, Australia, etc.), you will NOT be charged any VAT at the time of the purchase. Depending on the laws & regulations in your country and if your country applies VAT on products, you MAY have to pay VAT when you receive your package! Please note that in some cases a Customs fee will also be added depending on the Customs regulations in your country. These, IF ANY, additional fees are the sole responsibility on you as a customer. Armsport Sverige AB is never responsible for such costs.

  • Shipping costs is calculated during checkout and is calculated based on which products you want to order, dimensions, weight and delivery address. If VAT is applied to your purchase, this also applies to the shipping cost.
  • If you are shopping from a country outside the EU, we sometimes require you to provide additional information in connection with the purchase, e.g. personal number or social security number. This is a requirement from us, to make shipping as smooth as possible and to avoid delays in customs clearance when the package arrives in your country. By shopping with us, you also accept this requirement. If you fail to provide this information, this is done at your own risk and such failure may lead to delays and, in the worst case, to the package being returned. You as a customer are responsible for all possible costs that such an omission may entail.
